Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Solo & Delta). Cheques are also accepted and should be made payable to Revo Technologies Ltd.

When you place a credit card order online, all the information you input is encrypted and passed to our secure server. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information and are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Credit card payments will appear as Networx Ltd on your statement.

Pricing

All prices quoted include VAT at 15%. Customers located outside the EC can purchase goods without Value Added Tax. Please email enquiries@revo.co.uk for a tax free quotation.

Delivery

Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery to a UK address are normally despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via UPS courier, for a next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

Overseas Orders

Orders to addresses outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail International Registered Delivery - an insured postal service. Delivery via UPS can also be arranged. For delivery costs to specific countries please email enquiries@revo.co.uk

Warranty

All products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. If your purchase proves to be faulty, contact us by telephone, fax or email and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and repaired/replaced as appropriate. Please make sure to obtain a returns number before you send any item back to Revo (see 'Returns' below).

Returns

No faulty or refund items should be returned without first contacting us. Upon contacting us, a returns number will be issued to you which will enable us to process any return or refund. If a unit is returned to us with no returns number, we will be unable to correctly issue a refund or fix any faulty item.

If you are returning a product to us, for whatever reason, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method, preferably one which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

No responsibility can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. Where possible returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.

We work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
